INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION/RENEWAL APPLICATION

STEP 1
1. Every New User of this portal has to create a login to initiate the process of online registration. For creating the login click the REGISTER button and fill a form along with the payment of processing fee either through BANK CHALLAN (Download) or ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY.
* Please note that the login can be created after 8 hours after the payment through bank challan

Once the login is successfully created, the user will be sent an email with the login details i.e. username and password along with the checklist of the documents to be arranged for filling the online registration application. 2. Please note that the applicant shall have to arrange the required documents as per the check list within 60 days from the date of creation of login so that the applicant fulfills the eligibility criteria before filling the Registration Application Form failing which the applicant has to go through the proess of login creation again. 3. STEP 2
1. Once all the required documents are arranged, the applicant will have to login by clicking the LOGIN button for filling the Registration form as per the category (e.g., Hotel, Restaurant, Houseboat, Tour & Travel, etc.) chosen.
*Please note that the application form has to be filled within 60 days from the date of creation of login failing which the applicant has to go through the proess of creating login again.

After submitting the online registration application form, the applicant will have to choose the date of verification & scanning of documents from the available dates to successfully complete the online registration process. A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant containing the details of the online registeration form submitted 2. Once the applicant submits the online renewal application form successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant containing the details of the online renewal appplication form
3. The applicant registering a new unit will have to visit the TRC, Naugam on the date chosen for verification & scanning of the original documents along with one set xerox copy of the same. After the verification & Scanning of the documents the applicant will be notified the date for inspection through email.
Further, on the already notified date of inspection, the inspection committee will inspect the said unit and submit the report.
3. The Inspection of the said unit will be done by the inspection committee within 60 days from the submission of online renewal application form and all the required documents pertaining to renewal will be collected by the inspection committee only at the time of renewal.

STEP 3
1. Once the inspection report is approved by the department, an email having the link for paying the Registration fee will be sent to the applicant. The fee can be paid either by BANK CHALLAN or ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY. 1. 2. After receiving the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant. The Certificate of Registration/Renewal will be dispatched to the applicant or can be collected personally by the applicant after 7 days from the date of confirmation of email. 2.
